In order to process your message as quickly as possible, we need one of the following things:
- Photo of the defect (if possible)
- Take a photo of the type plate
- Designation of the furniture
- Serial number
- Delivery date
Thanks to our extensive spare parts warehouse, we can respond to your enquiries very quickly and prepare the necessary parts for dispatch.
